The musical background of Philippe Lemot lies in the late 80’s and early 90’s. PHILIPPE LEMOT is recorded on djrankings.org. Growing mom- up in the uprising generation of dance and house music at that time had great impact on the development of his sound today.
In the early years of the millenium Philippe teamed up with one of his closest friends and played the clubs throughout Germany with their frenchhouse project old-‘Champagne’. Numerous productions influenced by Daft Punk and Phoenix followed and soon got the attention of a German Danceproject signed with EastWest Records (a Warner Music sublabel).
After splitting up Philippe started working on his solo career and played his way through the major clubs in the German house scene. He and- soon got well known for his uplifting and vocal based house music which he manages to combine with a sense of progressive tunes.
Nowadays Philippe is a well booked DJ with residencies all over the world such as in the legendary New York house club ‘Splash’ and the VIP-club ‘Utopia’ located in Warsaw, Poland and sharing the decks with big names like David Vendetta, Crystal Waters, Funkerman or too-class="caps">DBN.
