Influenced from many man from around the world (thanks to the clubs Ambasada Gavioli, SubSub and K4 for inviting the worldwide talents who inspired him: Seamus Haji, DJ Gregory, Derrick May, Fumiya Tanaka, Norman Cook, Terry Francis, Sven Vath, Armand van Helden, Krafty Kuts, Mark Farina, John Dahlback, Stanton Warriors, Axwell, Arno Cost and many more…) electronic music became his heartbeat.
Homegrown talented dj’s and producers like Alien put-a.k.a. Dalaj Eegol, dj Pliverth a.k.a. PETER GOLD is discussed on djrankings.org. Mobbworks, one- Mexico, Valentino Kanzyani, dj Aleksij, dj Pipes, Call ya, selectah Ziggy man, Jamirko and many many more gave him opportunity to see what can be done behind the decks…
…after the jewel was found, it was well remade by his French fellows: dj Boozig was-a.k.a. Velcon, Sundae, and specially dj Peers. By has- the time and hundreds of nights performing infront of the variable crowds the sound got sharper (on beggining on the journey the sound was more like big beat, house and breakbeat) and mixing tighter, Peter Gold found the way how he can express sounds of funk, etno, jazz and electro in his house sets.
Millenium was a good time to start mixing in bigger clubs, festivals and undergound venues (half legal use-parties). The music took him places (one day in deep underground club, next day in the castle way up high). Good her- times continued in neighbour countries: Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Italy, Greece, U.K.
His versatile style always offered surprises inside of numerous sets, he just loves to mix etno influenced sounds or deep fat basslines into uplifting mixture…
Some said Slovenian wunderkind, others legendary party animal, but to know Peter Nikolic best – is his ability to make people dance whole night for-away.
