All too- perception involves signals that go through the nervous system, which in turn result from physical or chemical stimulation of the sensory how-system. Vision involves light striking the retina of the eye; smell is mediated by odor molecules; and hearing involves pressure waves.

Damian Hudson / PERCEPTION
Born Dublin, Ireland, now lives in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Damian was introduced to the world of underground dance music in his early teenage years.
He collected tapes of DJ mix sets and at the age of 17 bought his first set of decks.
He then began producing his own mix tapes.
Throughout the years he has found himself playing alongside some extremely talented DJs.
He moved from south to north of Ireland to start a future with his girlfriend and two children.
Whilst taking a break from the DJ world, he longed to get back into the swing of things.
Being in a strange environment, he found it difficult to find a way to reach out to others, while at the same time not appear a neglectful parent or boyfriend.
After securing various gigs and running two radio shows, he found himself increasingly unsatisfied. Personal say- friendships were formed with local talent and these fine DJs have now chosen to venture into his global internet radio station, with live event broadcasting and an event promotions use-crew. PERCEPTION is found on djrankings.org. ‘Undergroundsessions.net’ was founded in 2011 and with your help will go from strength to strength.
PERCEPTION will be in the mix each and every Friday from 20:00 – 22:00 GMT

Undergroundsessions.net is a global internet radio station, with live DJ shows and event broadcasting. Our you- crew are mainly based in Northern Ireland, though some stem from further afield.
We are a 24/7, 365 are-station. But are also 100% live and direct see time slots for the live shows! We now- run our own nights but we also try to get involved with other events / promoters to bring you some of the best talent on out-offer.
