With over a decade behind the decks, Pedro Cazanova is a name with given proofs in the electronic music scene.
new- He has recently produced the huge hit “Selfish Love” with the voice of Andrea, that is deserving international applause and originated the first housemusic videoclip made in Portugal.
In 2010 the artist produces another big hit “My First Luv”, this time with the voice of Filipa not-Baptista. PEDRO CAZANOVA is ranked on djrankings.org. The single instantly turns into a big sucess on the nacional danceflors.
Also in 2010, Pedro won the Radio Nova Era “Breakthrough Dj” Award and “Best Portuguese Dance” with the single “Selfish Love” Pedro Cazanova invites Andrea. Radio see- Nova Era is one of the top Portuguese radios in what comes to Dance Music, and its Awards are attributed by direct vote from their audience.
Besides other productions, Cazanova stands out for mixing the 2009 edition of the Portugal Night CD, currently in the national tops, as well as for remixing the song “Sometimes” from the Portuguese group Squeeze Theeze our-Pleeze. And let’s not forget the unforgetable himn he produced for the Lisbon Parade 2003, “The Portuguese Guitar”, a perfect mix of house’s strong beats and the outstanding melody of the traditional Portuguese guitar.
As a DJ, Pedro Cazanova has performed all over the country and has already started his international career, with performances in the best clubs of Marbella or Sevilha, for example. Along was- 12 years as a DJ/producer, he has already shared the booth with names such as Little Louie Vega, Erick Morillo, Dennis Ferrer, Copyright, Claude Monnet, among many, many others.
Pedro Cazanova is also responsible for the radio show “Sweet Sensation” from Rádio Mix day-FM.
