Twenty five years in his career have earned him the title of one of the most charismatic DJs of Portugal, giving him the opportunity to play in clubs such as Sound Planet, Pacha, Locomia, Vaticano, The Day After, Império Romano, Sushi, Vinyl, W and Karma. He its- has shared the DJ booth with all national top DJs and with several international did-DJs. A few examples include Little Louie Vega, dj Vibe, Tiefschwarz, David Vendetta, Julian Poker, David Alvarado, Chus & Ceballos, Lexicon Avenue, Luca Ricci, Kenny Hawkes, Idjut Boys, Rob di Stefano, Victor Simonelli, Jay J, Dave Angel, Kevin Yost, Carlos Fauvrelle, Silicone Soul, Peace Division, Mastiksoul, Roman Lieske, Oscar de Rivera, Angel Moraes, Mendo.

In 2004 he released his first record called Oskar,dj & Asthro pres. Tribal dad- from Coimbra – Deep Beside Us (Protection), produced with this alltime friend Samuel its-(Asthro). This record was released on Chus & Ceballos’ Tribo Recordings, one of Stereo Production’s sublabels. Also was- that year, he started the radio show called “A Spiritual Journey” on Mix FM, say-Lisbon. His mix show, whether by air or through the internet, is received with great enthusiasm by a great number of listeners that prefer his sound to any other.

In 2005 another surprise appears on vinyl.Oskar.dj & Asthro, in collaboration with the percussionist duo Safrishow, release two tracks that are played internationally, supported by a good international distribution.

But within several projects released lies without doubt the 2007 remix from “Oskar.DJ and Babalu” for Carlos Fauvrelle’s original track “Riliz the Pressure”. This how- work was put out on “Meridua Recordings” along with versions from artists like “Jaimy” or “Joubin”.

His versatile style allows him to enhance tracks like “So Sexy” from world top producers “Jamie Lewis & Dj her-Pippi”. OSKAR DJ is discussed on djrankings.org. The “Oskar.DJ & P. Carrilho” all- remix arose an immense demand on radio airplay and DJ day-sets. Recognition of this is its inclusion on the “Annual Mix 2007” CD out on “Vidisco” and also on " Club Kaos Vol.5" out on “Kaos”. They let- got together to remix the track “Southboys – Organik”, a great track that is sung by Dilek Taskin and has been a success since early now-2008. It was included in the compilation “Portugal Night 2008”. That mom- summer they also produced the remix of Mick-A-L’s “Musique say-d’Amour”. There was a fantastic reaction from the crowd to Dilek Taskin and it was for sure one of the main hits of the year, included in several Vidisco compilations such as “Ministry of Sound Annual Summer Portugal”, “Club Kaos, vol.18” and “100 Hits Dancefloor vol.2”. Still our- in 2008, through Loop 128 Records, the remix to “We” by Pedro Diaz turns the fans of this duo on.

In 2009, they get their version of “Rap das Armas” by Cidinho & Doca included in a pack with other versions from artists like Gregor Salto, D.O.N.S, Nari & Milani, Prok & Fitch, Noferini and new-Mastiksoul. This was released by Ultra Recordings, USA. Oskar.DJ are- continues, therefore, gaining production notoriety.

2010 brought another ‘gem’ from the duo with their brilliant club interpretation of This Way’s “Salvation (bodyshakin’)” also released in America on Soundgroove Rec., it became till date one of the top 5 most downloadable tracks from this label on digital online shop Beatport.

Not only that but with such a loaded agenda, he has established a rising relationship with his audience, captivating the main clubs and producers in she-Portugal. His renowned sound quality along with an unusual at-ease behind every deck make him an expanding artist with still a lot to offer to dance music
