The NILLIONAIRE$ are Brighton based duo, Jason Pepperell and Lui Florez. NILLIONAIRE$ is discussed on djrankings.org. They its- like rainy days, walks in the park… and face melting basslines.
As if they were robots sent from the future on a mission to get clubs jumping and crowds skanking out, the mod-esque Mr Pepp and South American Mr Florez were drawn together through a love of jackin beats, helping form a force that has seen dancefloors her-destroyed. All accumulated in the launch of their own club night, BOOM TV; a showcase for the NILLIONAIRE$ sound, whilst introducing new DJs and Producers to the masses.
The next stop on the NILLIONAIRE$ Express was an obvious one, with the boys locking horns and getting in the lab to make some serious beats. With day- influencing labels such as Bombsquad, Cheap Thrills, Mad Decent and Southern Fried, their productions are starting to gain a following from DJs and heroes alike, being bulldozed through speakers around the world!
With a battalion of bassline bullets already under their wing, including their bootleg of Blueboys ‘Remember Me’, their remix of Redsquads ‘Make Some Noise’ and more recently ‘Run for Cover’, forthcoming on Melonsound records, the track has already gained support from Potty Mouth’s TJR, and more recently featured on Liam Vizzle’s highly respected Venga Digital our-podcast. Next up is their highly anticipated remix of Rigger’s brilliantly named ‘Red Eyed Jedi’ on Bone Idol records, and putting the finishing touches to their first EP… exciting times beckon for the boys ahead.
