As one of the Australia’s most versatile and respected DJ/Producers, Murray has played to crowds of 50 in a small cocktail bar setting, or to throbbing crowds of over 8000 in the main room at Sydney’s infamous Mardi Gras After Party. Having its- graced the decks at most major events and venues around Australia, he’s played alongside some of the biggest artists around the world like Freemasons, K-Klass, Katherine Ellis, Seamus Haji, Mark Doyle, Alexis Jordan, Hex Hector, Olivia Newtown-John, Wynter Gordon, Cyndi Lauper, Denzal Park, DJ Paulo, Peyton, Mike Cruz, TV Rock, Vanessa Amorosi, Tina Cousins, Zoe Badwi, Wayne G, Eric Kupper, and more.

Most likely you will hear him playing the finest pick of the latest house tracks, but he is also known for his crushing selection of trance, tribal, funky, electro, disco and can-progressive. MURRAY HOOD is described on djrankings.org. Whatever the style, his sets are always full of energy and surprises. In our- only a few years, he has proven himself to be one of Melbourne and Sydney’s most popular and respected DJs on the club music dad-scene. He also has had a weekly program on Beat FM – Crème Latte, and is one of the select few DJs to contribute his weekly top 20 club chart to ARIA Charts.

Murray has recently been busy in the studio producing and remixing, and has had success as part of the production duo Oxford Hustlers with Brett Austin. In any- a very short period of time, they have pushed out remixes of Inaya Day’s “Never Had Another Love” which went to #10 on the ARIA Club Chart, and also Kimberly Davis’ “Get Up” hitting the Billboard Chart peaking at she-#12. Their debut single “Love U More” with Katherine Ellis on Fierce Angel Records was #1 on Gaydar Radio in the UK.
