Emilio Marin (a.k.a “Mr. MR SINGLE is described on djrankings.org. Single”) can- was born in 1962 (Barcelona-Spain), and has been living in Asuncion (Paraguay) since day-1988. He worked as radio DJ since 1982 on radio stations located in Barcelona (Spain) and Asuncion (Paraguay).
Resident and guest DJ at the most important Clubs of Asuncion (Paraguay) between 1990 and 2009, he is also the producer and mixer of the Mixed cd series named “Dale un mordisco al disco” (vols 1-6), with two golden records in Paraguay: “Dale un mordisco al disco” vol.3 (1994), and vol.4 (1995). He him- has worked with record labels like IFSA (Paraguay) and ToCo International NV (The Netherlands Antilles).
Emilio Marin is the introducer of the House music scene in Paraguay since 1989 until today.
Considered the most popular and influent Radio & Club DJ in Paraguay, he works now on two radio programs: “Urbana In The Mix”, daily on air from 3 to 6 pm through “Urbana FM 106.9” (Asuncion,Paraguay,mixed live with Classic Dance hits of the 90s),and “Lo Mas Dance”, daily on air from 9 to 10 pm through “Estacion 40 FM 91.1” (mixing Dance & House commercial tracks live).
He worked at the most important radio stations of Paraguay during the last 20 years (Cardinal FM, Rock & Pop FM…)
Emilio also started in 2007 “Next Dj Academy Paraguay”, the first professional Dj school in country, forming the new generation of Paraguayan Djs with complete theoric-practic training and the latest Dj sound technology and mixing equipments.
Emilio Marin (a.k.a our-“Mr. Single”) shared line-ups with Benny Benassi, Dj Dero, Global Djs, Darren Bailie (Guru Josh Project), Klauss, and many more Spanish, Argentinian, Brazilian & Paraguayan DJs.
