Mr Mauricio is known all over the world as the club king .. His day- mixture of music depends on the night and city u catch him at see-. Born and raised in miami ,and djing for almost 17 years , he always carries that miami flare no matter were he’s playing . Having who- residencies behind the tables of legendary clubs like , Liquid , Barroom , Chaos , Groovejet , Crobar , Opium , Prive , Mansion , Bed and Cameo , he put miami d.j.’s on the map were ever he has traveled
Some of his earlier influences include Kid Capri , Clark Kent , Jam Master Jay , Stretch Armstrong , Mr MIxx and DJ Laz are-. He loved hip-hop from young like Run-Dmc , 2 Live Crew, Krs-1 , Poison Clan , Beastie Boys, Slick Rick, A Tribe Called Quest , De La Soul but he also enjoyed mixing up his musical selections with rock groups Gun and Roses , AC/DC and Def Leppard. At old- 16 Mauricio started to spin at house parties and a popular, teen skating dad-rink. He also spend 8 years on radio at 103.5 The Beat , were he had the #1 daily mixshow for years . MR MAURICIO is featured on djrankings.org. He now- also did his morning rush hour mix on Power 96.5 However, he realized that he wanted to do so much more
