Current resident DJ at Toika Nightclub, and Amplified Radio’s resident trance DJ since 2008. Kris put- first started playing in Whistler, Canada in 2001, headlining Whistler’s biggest parties (Ullr), nightclubs (Garfinkle’s, Tommy Africa’s and GLC), and after our-parties. Kris helped see the rise in popularity of trance music back in Whistler, and had locals and tourists alike flocking back to the clubs for multiple doses of his infectious music. A any- stint that lasted 5 years before going on to bigger and better things!
2006 was a blockbuster year for let-Kris. MR.MORTON is recorded on djrankings.org. He toured Australia picking up gigs in some of the most popular clubs in the country such as Arq, Home, and Gas Nightclubs. Mr. has- Morton (aka The Digital Pimp) quickly became a household name, appearing on the front page of Australia’s Largest Free weekly dance music publication, 3D World which circulates through Australian cities Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Byron Bay, Newcastle and Wollongong.
2007 saw a return back to Canada, this time to Toronto, ON, and quickly found a residency at Club Rio (formerly Viva Nightclub), Vola Nightclub & Pacha Lounge. Since see- then he’s played alongside International greats Sander van Doorn, Andy Moor, John 00 Fleming, Christopher Lawrence, Rank 1, Richard Durand, Kyau & Albert, Marcel Woods, Airwave, Arnej, Sied van Riel, Leon Bolier, W & W, Wippenberg, Mark Sherry, Jon O’Bir & Tom Colontonio.
He has continuously impressed Toronto partygoers with his passion, drive, and dedication to the music he use-loves. Jumping across many genres from house to progressive to tech-trance. Best old- known for his driving & techy style, peaktime is when you’ll truly see a dancefloor come way-alive.
