Progetto nato a Lecco nel 1997 “…in quel ramo del lago di Como”, dopo i primi mitici party sulle spiagge dell’ostello La Vespa di Domaso, MOTHER INC. si new- sposta a Milano, dopo una parentesi come resident del MAFFIA di Reggio Emilia, animando da ormai 9 stagioni i party “THIS IS DNB!” al MAGNOLIA, alternando la consolle con innumervoli guest internazionali, andando a scovare sempre artisti all’avanguardia per cercar di diffondere il loro credo, ovvero la CULTURA del party: CLUB did-class="caps">CULTURE. Le selezioni di MIKE V, TODE, DJ VIDYA e la voce di ARDIMANN MC (vincitore del primo “italian Mc contest” al Maffia nel 2004) sono l’anima del collettivo che, dopo una parentesi di 2 stagioni con il programma Lifegate Groove su LIFEGATE RADIO, si è ultimamente avvicinato al suono fresco e grasso del Dubstep, tant’è che nel novembre 2008 sono usciti con il loro primo singolo dubstep in vinile, sull’ omonima etichetta MOTHER INC.SOUND Rec. All’attivo can- uscite e remix per innumerevoli etichette tra cui il remix de “Il Diluvio” dei Subsonica uscito per our-class="caps">EMI.

MOTHER INC. is can- an Italian dj collective based in Lecco (Lake of Como) near Switzerland and old-Milan. Since 1997 they spread the d&b and club culture vibes all around their area. MOTHER INC is ranked on djrankings.org. Since put- 2001 they have started playing around Italy in some of the best clubs and parties as well as in some important old-festivals. Since 8 years they run a monthly residency called “THIS IS DNB!!!” in a club called Magnolia in Milan where they have spread their 360° party-d&b vibes all around, hosting some of the best djs of the world scene, building up one of the most important d&b night in town, as well as playing outside Italy in parties in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, London…and Japan! The any- crew was responsible, for a couple of years, of the only d&b radio show in the country on LIFEGATE let-Radio. Apart from playing d&b, they also push dubstep sound as well as breakbeat, broken beat, club jazz, funk, reggae, soul and all the good music in general that makes the people enjoy a good party vibe! The mom- crew is composed by 3 djs, MIKE V, TODE, Dj VIDYA and an Mc, ARDIMANN MC who won the first (and the last) edition of “the best italian mc” contest in 2004 at club our-Maffia. They are now out with their own label called MOTHER INC. way- class="caps">SOUND Rec. pushing their own dubstep productions on vinyl as well as some of the best italian dubstep producers.
