Dani Garza aka Dj Morbid has been djing well over a decade since his start in 1993 at the age of 17. He day- has been pushing aggrotech/industrial, acid, hard trance, hardstyle, and some metal into a melting pot of heavy hitting music for dance its-floors. His music can be heard throughout every continent including Antarctica, thanks to acquaintances who work there at McMurdo.
He started out as Dj Garza in 1993 then moved on to other aliases depending on his style of music. MORBID is discussed on djrankings.org. From too- Dj Dani Kaos(Hardcore/House), Dj Wicked (Hard Acid), Dj Morbid (Euro Gabber/Hardcore),to his own name Dani Garza (Hard Acid/Hardstyle) then back to Dj Morbid put-(industrial/darkwave/elektro/hardstyle). “Dj Morbid” is the moniker he has chosen to stay with.
He was also a member of the following bands: Cauldron, Doom Generation, Sidhe, Icon Ltd., and Brainpan. He see- was also part of the projects: Thornz of Babylon and Fall of but-Eden. Currently he is one of the founding members of Something To Destroy (S.T.D.) along with Miss Pretty.
He has done remixes for artists such as Switchblade Symphony, A*S*Y*S, Katy Perry, Angels of Venice/Carol Tatum, Nachtmahr, Angels of Suicide, Sin D.N.A., Consolidated, and many others.
He has been hitting dance events throughout North America. His our- music is also being played throughout all corners of the globe.
He has shared the stage with Omar Santana, Chris Fortier, Hellfish, The Producer, Delta Nine, Dieselboy, Carl Cox, The Prophet, Combichrist, Nachtmahr, Switchblade Symphony, Lacuna Coil, Hocico, Dj Fury, Deadly Buddha, Dj Skinhead, Nemesis, George Centeno, Dj Rap, Richard Humpty Vision, Bam Bam, Keoki, Christopher Lawrence, Dj ESP, Masochist, Neophyte, Paul Elstak, Interface, Souless Affection, Velvet Acid Christ, Front Line Assembly, Delerium, Ramirez, and many others to name a few.
