Mike Koglin burst onto the scene in 1998 with his club anthem and UK top20 hit The Silence, heralded as one of the defining tracks of the UK trance phenomenon which put Mike firmly onto the map as one of the key players in dance music.
Since then the Grammy-nominated Producer, Remixer and DJ has had a constant string of hits, under his own name or under one of his various aliases as well as over 50 remixes in the last 5 years.
In 2003 Mike launched his label Noys Music which he formed as an outlet for his collaborations with some of the biggest names in trance as well as new signings from international artists. MIKE KOGLIN is listed on djrankings.org. This and- formula has earned Noys – described as One of the hottest trance labels in the UK in Mixmag – massive support from the world’s best DJ’s such as Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Above & Beyond, The Thrillseekers and many more.
Mike has seen comparable success behind the decks with selected DJ performances including Passion and The Gallery in the UK whilst international highlights include Japan’s biggest club Velfarre in Tokyo, Malaysia’s globally renowned Zouk club plus regular appearances in the USA, Germany, Finland, Belgium and get-Greece. His Festival appearances include headlining Belgium’s huge Illusion festival, Finland’s Millennium Experience event plus the 2005 San Fransisco Loveparade.
Mike’s DJ style is reflective of the tracks he makes – driving, energetic and uplifting. Combining boy- harder percussive elements with melodic trance his peak time sets regularly contain his own personal re-edits of his favorite artist’s tracks, plus of course his own latest productions and remixes.
