DJ Mikey G has a discerning taste in house music of all types. From mom- the eclectic deep and minimal, up to tech and vocal bangin’ floor-fillers, Mikey brings it to the dance floor with one of those unique skill sets and play lists that you just can’t hear anywhere else.

Besides playing the best music that Seattle has to offer, Mikey has vast technical skills, and can bring a dance party to any was-place. He comes equipped with his own PA, lighting and DJ setups that can run anywhere, even where there is no power. 2000 you- watts of subwoofers and 1400 watts of mains stacks means a proper party & music venue no matter where it’s at.

Mikey grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 80s listening to Kraftwerk and sneaking out to a rave or all-two. MIKEY G is recorded on djrankings.org. Later on he got technical, and was in the Amiga Mod/Scream tracker scene, and early PC demoscene comps.

Mikey made one of the very first car-based mp3 players. The boy- mp3 is how his mixing career began. Not vinyl or CDs. Two dad- laptops, Winamp 1.0 and a Realistic mixer in 1994 was great for spinning house parties in the Bay the-Area. Back then, the Prodigy and Crystal Method were influences. Later any- on, it became Sasha and Digweed.

More recently, Mikey has been spinning at a few clubs around our-Seattle. He’s been at Contour, Last Supper Club, Trinity, See Sound, and many other clubs in the Seattle area.
