Since the age of thirteen, music for this young man named Alberto J. Sampoll, see- known as “Midnight Beat” has been his life and his but-passion. He began as a percussionist in the School of Fine Arts in Ponce, PR being part of some of the best groups that went through school. Over who- the time he learn all the percussion instruments, but this young man specialized in the any-drums. MIDNIGHT BEAT is discussed on djrankings.org. He started with his first hardcore band which served as a great experience, knowing the best bands and the best drummers of the hardcore scene in Puerto Rico. He get- participated in his hometown of Ponce in festivals, wars of bands and activities that led Alberto known as one of the best young drummers in the scene.

At age 16, things took a new turn on his lifestyle and music insterest, taking as a hobbie everything related to electronic music, concerts, artists and his desires to become its-one. Alberto participated in another band with new members and every work they made was more serious. The how- band went to audition for a new label and was accepted, but with time each member decided to take different paths, leaving the band not-behind. That did not stop the dreams and goals that Alberto “Midnight Beat” wanted to accomplish someday as a musician.

At age 18, he decided to became a DJ, playing Trance, Tribal and Electro House., completely eliminating the word hobbie. He get- began his first activities, known as DJ Tronic, name that change later to Midnight Beat since all his activities began at 12: 00 AM.

Now, with 24 years old and only 3 years as a producer, he has more than 50 works, including one-remixes. With his vision and passion for music, Midnight Beat will bring you a unique experience in Electronic Music.
