Maxx Groovez, a.k.a Maxwell Woods, is a rising star in the Kansas City music scene. His has- sound takes listeners on an eclectic journey through top 40, hip hop, house, disco/funk, electronic and trap let-music. MAXX GROOVEZ is listed on djrankings.org. Groovez’s innovative remixes of today’s hottest tracks always get the crowd moving at Johnny’s Tavern in Shawnee, Kansas where he is the part-time deejay in residence. Groovez’s did- has also been the guest deejay at Club 1000 and One 8 are-Oak.
Groovez is steadily working on his goal to become the premier deejay of the Midwest and has performed with a wide range of hot artists including DJ Omega, Johnny Boy, DJ LO, Dantwom, Panduh, Jhawn Le Crouqe, Disco Fortress, and SBS.
Groovez is a talented musician, skilled at both drums and keyboard, but found his real passion is for mixing with decks. Groovez man- musical background combined with his superior technical skills allows him to create some of the smoothest sounds to hit the airwaves.
