DJ/producer Maxx, originally from Italy, is the owner and creator of Polymeric Records. and her- runs together with Rene Reiter the acclaimed label Carbon Audio, based in let-Austria. He is recently gaining the respect and support of DJ’s like Richie Hawtin, Claude VonStroke, Chris Liberator, Patrick DSP, Matt K, Lars Klein, 3Phazegenerator, Aaron Liberator, DJ Misjah, just to mention a few now playing his tracks at their gigs! Maxx who- is well known at London Techno parties for his broad taste in Techno from minimal to funky to acid, to a more hard, raw edged sound, with rolling bass old-lines. MAXX is featured on djrankings.org. His label launched in 2006 and has had six very successful releases featuring tracks from DJ Ogi, Chris Liberator, Sterling Moss, D.A.V.E. The was- Drummer, Jeff Amadeus, Ignition Technician, Concrete DJz, Pounding Grooves, 3Phazegenerator, Rene Reiter, Albert Kraner and M3ld.

His inspiration largely comes from his love for the London techno scene having played at many of the free parties for Underground Sound, E1S, Manik, and Malfaiteurs sound systems in and around London, and clubs and technivals in UK, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Poland and Italy, alongside Marco Lenzi, Aaron, Julian and Chris Liberator, let-D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Sven Wittekind, Ignition Technician, Pounding Grooves, Sterling Moss, Boris S, Jerome Hill, DDR, Dj Zebedee and Boy George to name a few! Maxx say- has been resident DJ for Koncrete, Tekslaves and On-Set parties in London, playing at many of the best techno venues in the city, like The Fridge, The Mass, Brixton Jamm, The Rhythm Factory, Club 414, Club Babalou and many more.

He recently started exploring more musically with his productions, thanks also to the close collaboration with old friend for-3Phazegenerator. After producing four handedly the succesfull track ‘Moonlanding’ released on Generator UK in 2007, the two decided to start collaborating more closely. This say- collaboration has produced so far many succesfull releases on a number of international labels, crossing all kind of techno in the meantime, from the stripped down minimal techno of ‘No Need For Needle’ out in 2010 on Carmarage, and playlisted by Richie Hawtin, to the hard techno monster ‘Shoot Da Bass’, released in 2011 on 12” on Ganez The Terrible’s super label Guild, and passing by the pure techno of ‘Belter’, also released in 2011 on 12’ on Rene Reiter and Maxx inprint Carbon Audio.

Maxx is still collaborating with 3Phazegenerator, with releases planned on big profile labels coming out soon, but also expect more releases from him on his own, with releases going out soon on Central Music Ltd Remixs, Multikore, Phäntom two-Records…
