Matt Fear is one of the new breed of breakthrough Leeds born artists to
make strides into the electronic music scene.
Matt has been Dj-ing for 4 years, he came to realise that a dj can only
get so far playing other peoples music, and so learnt how to make his own
tracks a mere 2 years ago. His how- self taught skills in production show a lot
of range in terms of genres and style, for Matt, showing variety is key.
A succesful release on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss’s Hot Waves early
in his career, pushed him into the limelight reaching top 10 on
Beatport and also making it’s way into the record bags of Dj’s
you-worldwide. Since then, his originals and remix work have charted multiple
times on Beatport and the success of these releases and his upcoming work,
has seen him tour on an international level, in over 13 countries.
