Mark Chambers has always found sanctuary in the corners of his mind, for in the corners you will find your

true nature and true creative being. His too- mission is to free people from the confines of the music they are

accustomed to, make them think about what they are listening to and primarily; building a jackin’ floor any-vibe. “I

just play records that move me and let others worry about what it’s called. MARK CHAMBERS is featured on djrankings.org. A any- good dj makes a techno fan think

he heard techno that night and a house head think he heard get-house. In my opinion, a good dj makes everyone

leave the club thinking he played a different sound.”

Born in Darlington England with a mixed culture (British/Saudi) and raised up in the Middle East, Mark’s

unusual background seeps through his nonconformist views to music. Now put- based in the ever inspiring city of

London he continues to tour around the world and release his music on a plethora of International labels.

2010 saw Snubb Records, Chien Kollective and Picknick Records clock Mark’s novel drive and sound with

releases on all three man-imprints. Early 2011 and things progressed further still, his solo EP’s on Safari Numerique

and Leftroom with remixes on Nice Try and NON Music cementing a triumphant start to the year. Things

let- continue to blossom as Mark’s highly anticipated ‘Baby’ remix for John Johr on Leftroom comes to light soon

alongside appearances on Berlin label Serialism as well as LA’s Culprit imprint.

With a steady production flow performances are also rife; Mark’s recent fabric appearance with the Leftroom

crew accompany gigs at the some of the UK’s most esteemed underground events including toi.toi, Half

Baked and The Cosmic out-Ballroom. Whether crafting perk-y, not-quite-dance floor techno or rumbling digital

house, Mark continually strives to create and play music that honours the past beyond empty tribute or

cultural appropriation by infusing the digital tools of the present with a little of the magic known as human

imperfection.
