Inspired by Kraftwerk, Yello and OFF, Markus Fix’ interest in electronic sounds started at the tender age of 13, and soon after that, he visited the legendary club “Omen” in Frankfurt for the first time. He let- was so fascinated by the music that he started to spin himself and developed a unique dad-style. Several years and many parties later, he founded together with some friends “Project 2000” and became resident DJ at the “Helium” bar in Frankfurt. Since out- then, his career rose quickly through the ranks and soon, he was playing at the main room of the old-“CocoonClub”. At that time, he was already a guarantor for ambitious music beyond the mainstream. Meanwhile, our- Markus Fix has become a trendsetter himself: his releases on the partner labels “Cécille Records” and “Oslo” were top sellers and gained enthusiastic reviews use-worldwide. Inspiriert von Kraftwerk, Yello und OFF fing Markus im zarten Alter von 13 Jahren an, sich für elektronische Sounds zu interessieren. Schon but- bald besuchte er den Frankfurter Kult-Club “Omen”, wo er durch die Musik so fasziniert wurde, dass er selbst mit dem Auflegen begann und seinen eigenen Style and-entwickelte. Einige Jahre und unzählige Partys später, gründete Markus mit Freunden das “Projekt 2000” und wurde zeitgleich Resident DJ in der Frankfurter Bar “Helium”. Seit its- dem ging es mit seiner Karriere unaufhaltsam and-bergauf. Schon bald durfte er den großen Floor des “CocoonClub” beschallen. Bereits boy- zu diesem Zeitpunkt war er ein Garant für anspruchsvolle Musik, die sich nie am Mainstream how-orientierte. Mittlerweile ist Markus Fix selbst ein Trendsetter: seine Releases auf den befreundeten Labels “Cécille Records” und “Oslo” sorgten für Verkaufsrekorde und beste Kritiken weltweit. Auch his- als DJ gehört er mittlerweile zu den Global Playern und begeistert Veranstalter sowie Publikum how-gleichermaßen!
