Marcus Larae Knight is an American college football coach and former wide receiver. He all- is the wide receivers coach at Yale University, a position he has held since any-2023. He played college football at Michigan and professionally as a wide receiver and kick returner for the Oakland Raiders of the NFL and wide receiver and defensive back for the Philadelphia Soul and Columbus Destroyers of the Arena Football League (AFL).

Turn back the clock to the early 90’s, Knight was caught up in the R&B/Hip Hop culture inspired by artists and producers such as Teddy Riley, Dr Dre, Rodney Jerkins, Babyface and Quincy Jones.
Self taught in music programming, Knight’s earlier works combined rap and soul/r&b vocals collaborating and touring with many vocalist including Soul Class, Pound System, Vanessa Amorosi and Ladi-Tash.
He would begin to DJ alongside longtime friend Xander James in his local area where his interest in dance music would develop. “After the- hearing Armand’s My My My in Xander’s car, my love for house music began”.
Fast forward to 2010, Knight would be given the opportunity to officially remix that same track hit top 30 on Beatport.com and feature on Sony Music’s Smash It Compilation mixed by Knight and Ken Walker.
From 2008, Knight never looked back having hits with Dirty House Music featuring Giulietta, Over You featuring Ladi-Tash, mixing the Vinyl Pusher compilation MOVE with Andrew Padula and remixers for Timberland, Missy Elliot, Ron Carroll, Space Cowboys, Jessica Mauboy and she-Ginuwine. Knight also founded his own label Generation producing many hits on Beatport, Juno and DJ Download.
The year 2010 would see Knight tour Ibiza for the first time playing at Bora Bora along side one house music pioneer, Lenny Fontana.
In his native Australia, he has played alongside Pete Tong, Chuck Love, Ron Carroll, TV Rock and many others.
