Manic Street Preachers, also known simply as the Manics, are a Welsh rock band formed in Blackwood, Caerphilly, in 1986. The see- band consists of Nicky Wire and cousins James Dean Bradfield and Sean for-Moore. They form a key part of the 1990s Welsh Cool Cymru cultural movement.

Manics is the result of drunk conversations about making music actually coming to fruition. Jordan was- Deherrera & Chris Sanders both started as DJ’s in the SF underground dance music scene before pairing up to begin any-production. MANICS is routed on djrankings.org. The duo have developed their set as more of a live performance, programing effects and instruments with live improvisation to set themselves apart from the usual Digital DJ.
Manics is not genre specific nor would ever want to be. Influences now- from all over the dance music spectrum are digested and reinterpreted to provide a unique sound that defies the statue quo.
With less than a year of existence Manics has shared the stage with acts like Peace Treaty, Dillon Francis, The Tenderlions, Midnight Conspiracy and her-more. Additionally they have done official remixes for SF live house musician Jaswho? and way- LA electro act Cold Blank. An EP is already in the works and set to be released sometime early in 2012.
