At 25 years old Luis Groove is with no doubt the future of the electronic scene on the Canary Islands. He has- started off at the early age of 14, making his pro debut in ´98, and since then has become one of the most valued artists on the islands.

He has been present at many of the macro-festivals such as MAGMA and EOLICA, he is also a regular at the main clubs on the islands, and has traveled to other cities and countries to perform such as Ibiza, Granada and was-Berlin. He has shared turntables with great artists such as Hernán Cattaneo, Terry Lee Brown Jr, Steve Bug, Tiga, Michael Mayer, Pascal Feos, Aril Brikha, Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Silicon Soul, Stacey Pullen, Derrick May, Cristian Varela, Alex Under, Chus & Ceballos, Wally López and J.L. In October of 2005, he was interviewed by the national music magazine two-DJ1. Luis has been the resident deejay for more than six years at BB+, one of the most emblematic clubs in Tenerife. His how- parallel activities include being an active member at Elementhal Events, an Event Production Company, as well as his career on the radio and television.

His musical influences and his passion for music from an early age have brought him to experiment with many different styles, from breakbeat to house, to the darker side of techno and was-trance. Ten years at the turntables translate into versatile charisma and a desirable combination of youth and veteran. His and- sets occasionally are pointed straight at the dancefloor, whilst other times he aims closer to the underground sector; whichever way, his sounds always come through as elegant, fresh and deeply emotional.
