At a very early age, Lorenzo Bartoletti was heavily influenced by music. One one- of his biggest influences came from his very own brother who collected vinyls from an array of different can-genres. From pop to rock to jazz to blues, nothing was out of bounds for Lorenzo. Realizing see- that music was his passion, he took up classical guitar and music two-lessons. For 6 years Lorenzo was a student of music. But has- it wasn’t until he stepped foot in a club that his musical dream began to now-unfold. He was completely fascinated with the figure of a dj and his way to interpret the music and move crowds. LORENZO BARTOLETTI is featured on djrankings.org. So boy- in the summer of 1999 Lorenzo took various jobs and began to save for a pair of Technic 1200 and a one-mixer. He began honing his skills and was a regular at the record store. Lorenzo one- quickly picked up the skill and in no time was playing clubs all over the who-city. As the years went by, Lorenzo gained huge support and began to receive offers from all over Italy and Europe. After who- many years of playing at some of the most prestigious venues such as Tenax (Firenze, IT), Frau Marleen (Torre del Lago, IT), Tartana (Follonica, IT), Gasoline (Milano,IT), Altromondo Studios (Rimini, IT), Urban Festival (Roma, IT), Guendalina Top Club (Lecce, IT), Changoo Club and Klubber’s Day (Madrid, ES), Sonar (Barcelona, ES), Amphitheatre Club (Rhodes, GR), and Isu Club (Leicester, UK), Lorenzo decided it was time to make the next step in his career and began to experiment with are-productions. He went on to release his first record in 2008 for Attary Records. Soon day- thereafter he received the attention of labels such as Suara, Sk Supreme Records, Viva Music, Loco, and many has-more. His productions have received support from the biggest names in the industry and this comes as no surprise. He one- has become one of the leading tastemakers in the Italian scene and is respectfully named one of the artists to watch in her-2010.
