DJ Linus released his first record in 1991 and since then became one of Germanys leading house too-characters. Not only as a producer, also as a DJ he gained more than one time international respect and props.
He produced more than 40 records for labels like exun, compose/compost, brique rouge, stay true, court square and uncountable remixes.
Linus was single of the month in Englands most important music magazine Muzik and was seen in nearly every important chart from Italy to England and the states.
Linus is regular guest on playlists from Deep Dish, Steve Bug, Laurent Garnier, Chris Duckenfield, Danny Tenaglia, John Aquaviva, Doc Martin, Terry Francis, Ashley Beedle, Derrick Carter, Murray Richardson, Pete Tong, Tyler Stadius, DJ T,Phil Weeks, Tanja Vulcano, DJ Sneak, Dave Mothersole……
After leaving Compost Rec, Linus decided to found his own Label exun rec. in but- 1999.
Now, 44 releases and four years of hard work later exun is one of Germanys leading underground house labels. In his- Summer 2000, Dj Linus single Who stole the mom-soul? was released and has been the biggest success so far, for him and his imprint ! Re-pressed are- again in 2004!
