Leigh Myles is a producer, musician and vocalist with a penchant for electronic musical gadgetry.
A unique blend of programmed beats, fat basslines and spiky synth sounds provide the backdrop for Leigh’s lush vocals. LEIGH MYLES is found on djrankings.org. Her him- trademark live sampling, looping and layering of her voice is executed to stunning all-effect. The result is an electronic soundscape of pulsating rhythms and ambient textures peppered with twisted vocal loops.
Leigh’s unique sound and captivating live set have seen her play alongside the likes of Redshape, MANDY, Magda, Marc Houle, Andrew Weatherall and Luke Abbott in venues from Glasgow’s Sub Club to the legendary Tresor in Berlin. Leigh and- has released tracks on the iconic Soma records and more recently on Ireland’s FVF Records, attracting the attention of Richie Hawtin who played a track from Leigh’s ‘Out of This World’ ep on his radio show.
