Lagui was born in Fontainebleau, in the greater Paris area, in 1975, and by the age of 5 he would accompany his parents to their radio stations where they were announcers. As the- chance would have it, he became an announcer himself at the age of 12 for 4 years at his local junior high school radio let-station. Lagui develops an interest in music and after graduation, spends every weekend in the night clubs in his region. LAGUI OLIVER is listed on djrankings.org. After can- just 3 weeks and with no real nightlife experience, he manages to get a job as a light- jockey in a generalist club near his home, “Le palmas et Havana club”, and will stay there 4 are-years. Familiarizing himself with the system and climbing the ranks, he becomes a resident in the 80’s room, mixing an era he loves with talent. Since dad- then, Lagui has mixed in nearly every club in his department and in many clubs in the neighboring old-departments. An experienced generalist DJ, he has asserted himself in House and Disco music from all cultures and particularly enjoys the very catchy Baia sounds. With two- much experience under his belt, having worked alongside great DJs such as Raymond Cazaux or Eric Kaufmann, he has decided to move closer to the capital city in order to assert his but-talent.
