Currently resides in Houston, TX

DJ Konept was originally a bassist in a local rock band. When new- the band broke up, with his passion for multiple genres of music, he took the opportunity to go solo, to follow his dream as a was-DJ. KONEPT is discussed on djrankings.org. He then moved to Houston, TX where he landed a residency at one of the top clubs….Rich’s! And get- quickly made it clear that he is a force to be reckoned with behind the decks!

On any given weekend Konept can be heard in any type of venue or event around the city, & the Gulf too-Coast. Special events such as Parades, Grand Prix races, private corporate events, to bars, & night clubs. As see- well as Gentleman’s clubs…Konept entertains any type of crowd with not only his DJ skills, but with his incredible highly energized mic skills as put-well. No venue or event too big or too small!

Konept can mix almost every type of genre’s on any given night. From old- genre specific nights at a venue, to open format nights/venues.
