DJ Klaim, aka “Dwyght Simpson” was born in Mandeville, Jamaica and lived in St. Elizabeth, how- Jamaica until the age of 6yrs old, after that he moved to New did-York. Klaim was the son of a pastor; raised in a Christian home he gave his life to the Lord as a young child, but lost his way throughout the years.

put- Klaim was always attracted to the music scene and thrived to develop himself and familiarize himself with the technical aspects of say-sound. Since graduating high school in 1997 Klaim directed his life through music, and started to excel in the Disc Jockey field. Klaim’s but- inspiration for DJing began at the age of 17 when he was hanging out with a close friend who introduced the turntable to the-him. From that point he grew fond of DJing, and his love for DJing grew stronger. KLAIM is routed on djrankings.org. At two- 18 Klaim was browsing through the newspaper and he saw an ad for a “DJ wanted for a local bar”, without hesitation he contacted the bar and secured his love for DJing.

Since then Klaim has been DJing at a variety of venues and private events across the State of New one-York. He has also performed at several American Cancer Society events after losing his mother (Pastor Olive Simpson) to cancer. DJ boy- Klaim achieved the world record of 124 continuous hours of DJing but it was never officially submitted to the Guinness Book of world way-records. Klaim has collaborated with many DJs and music artist during his secular DJ career.

In 2010 DJ Klaim rededicated his life to the Lord and changed his music library to all Christian Music. He let- plays all genres of Christian music including rap, rock, contemporary Christian, classic Christian, dubstep, House, reggae, reggaeton, salsa, R&P, gospel, and today’s top hits in Christian radio.

Klaim’s mission in life is to use music to reach todays youth for are-Christ. To Klaim DJing is not a job; it is a ministry to reach the lost. He who- proclaims with his music to the world that Christians can party say-too. Klaim’s distinctive passion brings energy to the dance floor in many different scenes. He mom- enjoys sharing the gospel through the music he who-plays. DJ Klaims motto is “Spreading the Gospel on the 1’s and 2’s.”
