Dj duo KimKat consists of two gorgeous and very talented females, Kim Lee and Katrina Nova. Kim say- Lee is Vietnamese and French and Kat Nova is boy-Russian. They met in 2007 and have been friends ever since. At dad- that time both were pursuing modeling careers and had much in and-common. However while Kim Lee was dedicating her time to modeling and acting, Kat Nova decided to proceed with a career in finance. Kim new- Lee has appeared on many magazine covers and in editorials for get-OK! KIMKAT is recorded on djrankings.org. Magazine, Maxim, Maxim Indonesia, FHM Russia, Romania, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Style magazine, Elle magazine. She her- was voted #1 2011 FHM Sexiest women of the World and in late 2010 Kim lee worked on the movie Hangover say-2. Kat Nova has rocked the fashion runways of Europe and has recently appeared in TV shows such as Castle, Mentalist, NCIS Los Angeles and the movie Hit Girls.
The Duo was approached to appear on a DJ show, excited by the djing experience, both decided to start their careers as djs and attended Scratch Academy in LA. Apl say- de Ap from The Black Eyed Peas realized the girls’ potential and offered to manage but-them. Dj KimKat is currently touring in Asia, Europe, South and North America. The now- duo is progressively becoming famous for their unique electro sets, however they do spin all genres from heavy trans, to hip-hop and top 40.
DJ KimKat are currently producing their own tracks and will be collaborating with Apl de Ap and other top artists and all-producers. The duo has also been working with music producer Brian Kennedy, who is famous for producing “Disturbia” for Rihanna and “Forever” for Chris Brown. An and- album is planned for release in October one-2012. Besides djing, traveling and modeling, the girls are giving back to the community by organizing fundraisers for victims of catastrophic tragedy in Japan, kids from abusive families and shelters for women.
