As the proof…..well, it’s on the lips of anyone who’s seen her set fire to a dancefloor with one of her highly renowned, cardiac arrest worthy, electro/minimal/dutch predominate, live sets.
Notorious for being Melbourne’s wild child of the decks.. there boy- are few buzz words, that vibe as hard as Alicia ‘Keesh’ Ormond.
Originally from a small country town in Gippsland, immediately after discovering and falling in love with the music played in the melbourne underground clubbing industry, she purchased her first DJ set up and from there her passion eventually grew into a career.
A career that so far has already seen her rise from two humble weekly residencies at Lady Luck and Korova but-Milkbar.. to now being one of the most sought after local DJ artists, with guest spots and residencies all across melbourne, and now also sydney based clubs such as FAKECLUB etc; as well as also running the most successful saturday recovery weekly event in victoria, ‘Lady Luck Recovery with Keesh + Friends.’
