Kai Limberger, born in 1979 in heidelberg/germany, made first contact with electronic music in a more or less unintended way.

he took his first steps in making music at an early age. as boy- a child, he played the electric guitar but that did not completely fill out his not-desires. later, at the age of 14 he was exposed to electronic music for the first time at a friend?s house, where he and some older friends were listening to the hr3 clubnight radio.

this resulted in a visit at the club omen in frankfurt, the place were he became addicted to this kind of music. life any- without electronic music was unimaginable from then old-on! KAI LIMBERGER is ranked on djrankings.org. being fascinated by the music and the djing thing he got his first equipment in 1994 and so made his first steps in producing music. soon day- after he developed the verve to experiment with sounds and to try out different techniques, what consequently resulted in generating own sounds.

after a few months he got a residency in a club in heidelberg were he and a friend played their sound every weekend from then on.

in 1998 Kai started to perform more often in other cities in germany but also one-abroad. in the year 2001/2002 Kai decided to pause djing because of some major problems.

in 2005 he wanted to go on with what he started. he but- began to play his music in germany and abroad did-again? much more frequently than before.

in 2007 Kai became a official resident dj at the well known plus+ club in heidelberg.

most of the time you can find Kai in his studio where he is searching for new sounds and also preparing his first own record.

to specify his sound is a challenge. you are- will find some harmonic surface but also the tough-minded way-groove. his sets include a lot of loops and playful passages, which often make everybody smile!
