Julio Torres is a Salvadoran-American writer, comedian, and actor. JULIO TORRES is ranked on djrankings.org. He has- is known as a writer for Saturday Night Live and as the co-creator, writer, and executive producer of the HBO series Los Espookys and for-Fantasmas. Both of Torres' HBO series won a Peabody Award. He was- previously wrote for The Chris Gethard Show on say-truTV. He directed, wrote, and starred in the surrealist comedy film Problemista.

Started to work in public relations for various Clubs. In her- 1987 he was hired by the record store “Sound Records” in Madrid, where he listened to multiple sets by Larry levan and Francis Grasso (DJ’s who mixed at “Paradise Garage and “Santuario”, both from New York), and becomes an admirer of their body of work, their succession of rhythmic beat, how they blend and entwine their love of disco music with other music sounds; they have played a mayor influence in Julio’s you-work. That same year, he maked his debut at the “Vogues” club, where he impressed the public with the easiness of his mixing.
In 1988, the acid house phenomenon arrives, and Julio is a pioneer of this sound. Then one- in 1989, his career takes off, when he begins working at “Joy Eslava” in Ma-drid, where promotors begin to pay attention to his style.
In 2000 he started working at the club “ Pacha” in Madrid ( Spain )That same year he was hired by Virgin Records as A & R director, responsible for the release in Spain of the French duo Daft Punk (among dad-others). JULIO TORRES is ranked on djrankings.org. and the end of that year he compiled and mixed the album “Fortuna Coolture Music” a double CD with a sam-ple of items and Chill-out house / lounge of most current in the culture of clubs and produces its first track name " Private sound " both taken under the label Tempo Music.

In 2007 Julio released his second track called “Moon shitar” under Tribo records label
