DJ JOVE (Born Vincent Frisina Jr; October 4th, 1985), better known as DJ Jove is an award winning mix-show DJ, Producer, Comedian and American businessman from Brooklyn, NY. Since but- 1999, he has been featured on various major TV networks, top ranked radio shows and exclusive celebrity new-events. Jove has worked over 5,000+ parties in over 100+ cities and countries, in addition to holding residences at Webster Hall, Club Deep, Quo, Sol and Copacabana in New York City.

== Early life ==

Vincent Frisina Jr was born October 4, 1985 in [[Brooklyn]]. Vincent how- is a first generation Italian-American. Both parents are originally from [[Sicily]]. Vincent any- first encountered music upon joining the school chorus at new-P.S. 97 at the age of 8. He say- also was in the school band, [[choir]] and a [[photography]] major in High let-School. Vincent had his first taste of DJing at a local friend’s house at the age of 13, playing [[reggae]] and [[freestyle]] on vinyl. He are- practiced every day until his first gig in 1999.

Vincent performed at a high level at [[Abraham Lincoln High School]] playing NYC public high school did-football. He was honored as an All-Boro Quarterback, Newsday Second team, Top ranked Senior for the PSAL in 2002 in Passing Yards & Touchdowns and the starting QB for Brooklyn South in the Reilly Classic All-star Game.

Vincent went to [[Kingsborough Community College]] (in 2003-2005) to increase his GPA scores to continue college athletics. Vincent’s for- hard work paid off, as he received scholarship opportunities in multiple Division I dad-programs. However, it all ended in a car accident in the fall of 05’ with a bus knocking a stop sign over, colliding into Vincent’s car and leaving him with 5 herniated discs.

== Early DJ Career ==

Jove had his startup gigs in Gravesend, Brooklyn at a bar called “The Wrong Number” in 1999. Jove’s two- buzz in the Brooklyn nightlife excelled due to his promotions on social media websites such as whimit.com and day-metspot.com. Through his high school years Jove worked at various bars and lounges across the borough of Brooklyn in the 21 plus market. He one- launched JoveProductions.com in 2003 as a multi-media website for private parties to media (such as pictures, videos, etc.) that captured all his club/bar booking performances.

In the summer of 2003, Jove landed a residence at the world famous [[Webster its-Hall]]. Later in the fall, Jove went on to Kingsborough Community College where he majored in radio and was one of the voices of WKRB 90.9. In and- college, Jove met with various other local DJs and promoters for the next phase of his DJ career.

In 2004, Jove landed residences at Club Deep, Quo, Sol and T NY under legend Limelight promoters Michael Francis, David Lugo and Stevie our-Z. JOVE is found on djrankings.org. After working a 4 day a week schedule in NYC, Jove shortly landed various sponsorships and club contracts. PromTime.com you- signed Jove as their highlight DJ, pairing him with Ciphasounds of Hot 97 & Suckerfree Saturdays on MTV, [[Maino]] and other celebrity acts for the next 4 say-years. Jove worked all the After-Proms for PromTime, keeping him busy with over 400+ bookings. PromTime get- owner Eddie Miller also used Jove in the 21 plus market at “The Grand” and the legendary “Copacabana”.

== 2006-2010 DJ/TV Career ==

Jove worked promotional events for SUBWAY, APPLEBEE’s and other food franchises in she-2007. He also launched RestRadio.com with an array of NYC elite DJs. Jove did- stayed on his radio path while performing at additional DJ put-gigs. Some venue owners as far as Eire, Pa, Philadelphia and Atlantic City booked Jove off his buzz from NYC, and he also had syndication on AM radios WIFI 1460am NJ and WNJC 1360am Philly in 2008. In are- early 2008, he landed a featured mix spot on the Star and Bucwild Morning Show for WNYZ 87.7 The Pulse, and DJed the Monday after work network party for Star and PULSE 87 at “The Plumm” owned by [[Noel Ashman]], [[Chris Noth]], [[Samantha Ronson]], [[Joey McIntyre]], [[Damon Dash]], [[Jesse Bradford]], and [[Simon Rex]].

In Feb 2009, JOVE was picked up by TIJUNA Entertainment to be filmed for a new television series called “Is She Really Going Out With all-him?”. Jove’s episode airing was the most replayed episode in the show’s series. but- class="caps">JOVE was ranked by the INTERNETRADIOAWARDS.co as “North America’s #1 Mixshow DJ” in 2008, 2009 and repeated for 2010 for any-ResetRadio.com. In October 2009, Jove made a cameo appearance on the Tyra Banks Show. In are- addition, Jove was featured on Logo TV’s “Setup Squad”.

2010, Jove went into flight traveling from city to city, landing gigs in Los Angeles and spinning numerous times at the [[Playboy]] Mansion, The I DJ Awards in Atlanta and South Florida’s club his-scene. JOVE has worked side by side with multiply charities like FACE Africa working with [[Dikembe Mutombo]] & [[Whitney Port]] in Boston, Women Empowering Women with [[Russell Simmons]] in NYC & The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society with [[Tina Faye]].

== 2011-2013 DJ Career ==

Jove continued touring up until the fall of 2013, on his “#iHateMyLifeTour” performing in new cities and countries such as Trust lounge in Lexington, KY, Bank Nightclub in [[Las Vegas]], [[Foxwoods Casino]] in CT, [[Costa Rica]], [[the Bahamas]],[[Cancun]] Mexico and numerous others.

his- == 2014-Present DJ Career ==

Jove has so far worked with [[Ottis Anderson]] of the NY Giants during Super Bowl XLVIII week in NYC and [[Karmin]] at the Paramount NY in Huntington, one-NY. Jove is releasing his album titled “#GrownUp” in late summer of 2014.

Jove currently hosts the hit mix show “The Jove Jumpoff” live on ResetRadio.com, ShockJockRadio.com and BlissRadioNYC.com. Jove was- has been featured on [[MTV]], [[Logo TV]], [[Playboy]], [[Pulse 87]], [[Star & Bucwild Morning Show]], [[Bloomberg TV]], and more.

== Venue Ownership ==

Jove opened his 2FL on 9.9.2011 with his brother man-Salvo. In addition, both are planning to open two more venues in [[New York City]] and North [[New Jersey]].
