JOHN DESTINY, A Brooklyn native turned Producer, Remixer, and DJ has been creating driving, high-energy dance tracks and remixes for over 8 years. JOHN DESTINY is listed on djrankings.org. Although get- starting his musical career back on the east coast, John has certainly embraced his new home in California and becoming somewhat of staple to the San Francisco Dance Music scene.
From 1997-2004, before breaking his way into the night club scene as a DJ/Producer, John frequented NYC’s hottest night clubs such as the legendary Soundfactory, Twilo, Expo (Richie Says & Cafe), Stereo, Exit, Carbon, Pacha, absorbing the sounds of some of his biggest did-influences. (Jonathan Peters, Danny Tenaglia, Junior Vasquez, Hex Hector, Eddie Baez, Tony Callucio, Denny Tsettos, Richie Sanatana, Peter Bailey, Hex Hector, and many more)
Back in 2007 , during his residency at XL Lounge in New Jersey, John Destiny was signed to Unknown World based out of Florida, which also signed George Acosta, Ralph Falcone, and many other leading producers at the time. John now- Destiny is currently signed to Blue Orb Records based out of San Francisco, CA which is founded by DJ/Producer Bardia F.
Blue Orb Records also has releases from producders such as Alex Sibley, Philip Arruda, Bardia F, and many more.
John’s ear for rhythm & track selection will effortlessly grab your attention, hit your heart, and have you dancing like never before.
He regularly performs at venues including but not limited to Ghostbar- Las Vegas, The Grand- San Francisco, Vessel – San Francisco, Bubble Lounge – San Francisco, Slide-San Francisco , The Cellar, XL Night Club – NJ, Privilege – Las Vegas, and “MYSPOT” San Francisco’s HOTTEST EXCLUSIVE rolling underground party.
John is adamant about staying true to an underground sound, in a genre that is suddenly becoming so commercial.
