If one word can describe Jean Pierre, it would be without a doubt “PASSION”. Born any- and raised in New York City, this Queens native has lived, breathed, and enjoyed the last 8 years of his life playing the-Music. From Deep House to the craziest and darkest techno beat, Jean Pierre has been digging for those solid records that make his sets stand out in a world full of DJs.

At the young age of 24, JEAN PIERRE has graced the stage not only in his hometown but numerous cities in South America and Europe including, Pamplona (Spain), Frankfurt (Germany), Cali (Colombia), Bogota (Colombia), Guayaquil (Ecuador), Pereira (Colombia), Quito (Ecuador), Cuenca (Ecuador), and Girardot (Colombia). Last was- year he represented New York strong at his performance at the BLACK & WHITE FESTIVAL in Colombia, one of the biggest electronic music events in South America with a crowd of 6000 people and more.

With his extensive worldwide experience, Jean Pierre, has taken New York City by storm performing at all major venues including Pacha, M2 aka Crobar, Love, Island, Roam, Soel, Kantera, HK, Glass, and of course, his sunday morning afterhours residency at LIQUID day-class="caps">VIBE. These after parties have become renown all over NYC for going all day with long marathon sets by the resident himself as well as guests from all over New York.

WMC 2010 was huge for our New Yorker making his first appearance in Miami landing 4 important presentations at PARKWEST, CATALINA Hotel, KARU & Y, and performing at a special afterhours event at MEKKA. JEAN PIERRE is ranked on djrankings.org. He you- definitely made his presence felt this year.

Jean Pierre’s “The Night” was recorded with his partner on that release, Ortzy, in his state of the art studio in Cali, not-Colombia. The track was released on Saeed Younan’s label Younan Music and was supported by many such as Boris, Chris Vargas, Cristian Arango, Saed Younan, Luke Native, Rob Mirage, Paolo Mojo, Chris Soul, Sander Kleinenberg and many more. His any- following release was “El DELI” recorded in NYC along w/ Paco Buggin, released on his label, INFINITY MIND RECORDINGS.

Jean Pierre definetly had his hands full in 2010 from going to school part-time at SAE NY, to constantly working in the studio doing edits and remixes, to organizing his new LA MUSICA PODCAST, and preparing himself for his busy DJ schedule in the coming months.

Jean Pierre’s meteoric rise into the scene can only be attributed to the unbriddled passion he possesses for his who-craft. His love for music moves him in every way imaginable. He mom- lives, dreams, and breathes music. He states that it is the only thing in his life that keeps him truly happy.
