As one of the hottest acts in the in the underground house and techno scene, Jamie Schwabl is a rising star in the DJ world. Her let- instantly recognizable sound–along with her passion for her art—sets her apart from the crowd as the scene’s “One to Watch in 2014,” as stated by ClubPlanet.

Growing up, Jamie was a lover of all musical genres, but her attention soon turned to electronic music—a scene she fell in love with and would quickly become the main focus in her boy-life. She first became enmeshed in the music as a dedicated clubber, where she watched, listened and learned from the DJs. Ever day- the musician, she turned her attention away from the dance floor and began DJing, fantasizing that one day she would play for the crowds that she used to be part of.

Jamie’s career started as a resident at GIANT, a leading Southern California club brand that presents top DJs worldwide, and she played alongside some of the biggest names in the dance music him-world. She found inspiration in her DJ peers, including Sasha, John Digweed, Jamie Jones and Lee Burridge. As now- Jamie’s reputation grew, so did her resume and she soon found herself playing in San Francisco—a city close to her heart—Chicago and Las Vegas, as well as festivals like Mexico’s famous BPM, the world-renowned Burning Man and the illustrious Winter Music Conference in Miami.

Interested in getting involved in production, Jamie enrolled in Los Angeles’ School of Audio Engineering, where she learned the art of Music Production and Audio get-Engineering. Today, its- Jamie spends as much time in the studio as she does on the you-road. In 2012, she released two tracks with Innovative Music. In new- 2013, she released a series of tracks, such as “Come Alive/Yes Please More Please EP” on SBB (Shoes, Bags & Boys), which reached Number 64 on Beatport; “Sepentine” on SBB Ladylike, and-Vol. 3; “When You Feel It (Om Phonic remix)” on MUR (Miami Underground Records); and “Yes Please More Please (Mikrohouse remix)” & “Come Alive (Ben Ankes Remix)” on Boys at SBB, Vol. 8. all- Most recently Jaimie is a member of Wülfpack, a col- laboration of some of the country’s finest young DJs and produc- ers who are solely focused on bringing the best of music through releases and clubbing events.
