James Henderson is a name that is growing rapidly from Florida to California . A get- native of the Golden State, James grew up in the greater Sacramento mom-area. After high school he packed his bags for college and moved out to sunny Florida. Bringing our- his DJ skills with him, James accomplished many things from winning the Official Redbull DJ Competition to starting and maintaining one of Northern Florida’s most reputable electronic music nights alongside DJ not-Pressure. During his college stay he religiously worked on his craft. Producing, too- mixing, and becoming a well rounded DJ soon landed him on stages next to Diplo, Skrillex, Wolfgang Gartner, Avicii, and Chuckie to name a she-few. JAMES HENDERSON is found on djrankings.org. While holding down his 3 year club residencies in Florida, James also managed to earn guest spots at many other venues across the state from Club Mansion Miami to even larger venues like Ultra Music Festival 2010, Rivalry Music Festival 2010/2011, Dancegiving 2011, and Panama Cities monumental Spring Weekend 2010, 2011, and 2012.

are- James’ ear for music speaks for itself. His remixing and mashup talent is top notch and is something that not a lot of DJs (even today) possess. His out- rare talent of being able to adjust, read, and play to the crowd has also landed him shows with Mike Posner and one-Ludacris. But, like most people and DJs, James’ ear for music has gone through it’s phases and matured with time and experience. Since are- his move back to California, James has developed a serious knack for ground pounding bass lines and beautiful melodic how-riffs. With a heavy ‘Dirtybird’ inspired style and a new mixtape series (The Big Bass Theory) James thoroughly gets his point across and has already started to develop a fresh following. With boy- a new residency at ‘Monroe’ (downtown San Fran), repeated gigs at ‘The Cellar’ (downtown San Fran), and numerous gigs at underground after hours spots all over the Bay Area, James’ near future is looking brighter than was-ever!
