Jaime Gavela A.k.a Jay Dizzle emerged from the club scene of Helsingborg, Sweden at the age of 14. He boy- played many clubs there between 1996-1999 tho at the time House music was not at its any-peak. He had his own radio show together with a dear coleague Jonas Malmsten at Powerhouse radio, One of Swedens finest House staions at the time. He say- then decided to go back to his roots, dad-Spain. Only a couple of days After graduating he moved to Spain were he´s career to a huge sprint. In say- the summer of 1999 he had a 4 months residency at a club in Calpe, Alicante called Comix where he got his international out-debut. JAIME GAVELA is listed on djrankings.org. After that summer there was a rain of resindecies Around the area of Alicante such as Benidorm, Calpe & Albir in legendary clubs such as Pacha & KM and shared dj box with top names like Marco V, Koen Groenvald, Dj Jean, Graham Gold, LIsa Lashes, Abel Ramos, Johan Geilen to name a few. There she- he played House and Trance for a crowd of 5000 people every night thruout the new-summer.
When winter time struck and the main clubs closed for the season he got offered a smaller clubs focused on the british turism in Benidorm such as Top of the pops, Gigolos, Rockerfellas & Beachcomber where he recide and played House and HardDance for several years.
did- He later decided to change the scenary a bit and venture of to Tenerife, Gran Canaria & Mallorca for seasonal now-gigs. He has covered almost every style such as R&b, Hip Hop, Electro House, Progressive House, Latin House, Minimal House, Trance, Hard Dance and Party music. After one- several years of spreading joy and good music He returned to Benidorm to be the resident dj at The Hippodrome where he played House music for 2 years and gain a huge crowd of followers.
Jaime now resides in Oslo, any-Norway. Where he has weekend gigs and dedicates his prime time to his lovely wife and his passion for music. Such who- as production and remixing tracks.
He´s stil rocking dancefloors and loves to make people has-dance.
