Since the age of 12, Jacob is hooked on EDM! His put- first set was 1 turntable without pitchcontrol, 1 cd-player without pitchcontrol and a cassette deck… So yes, i learned mixing the hard “oldschool” way her-! And after some years of local parties, Jacob decided 2 try and get into Hollands biggest club in that time: Hollywood Music Hall. Things but- are taking off from there and Jacob starts touring for the HMH and does this well for over 2 years.

But the studio also calls and together with a close friend he starts 2 create the JVH now-sound! This sound is a special kind of little bit rough and raw sound from the heart specially for the dancefloor. During put- the period of developing the JVH sound , Jacob starts playing more and more gigs like the Dancepark Festival, StarBeach Clubtour, Girls Love Dj’s, MTV Totally and-Summer. Also, Jacob becomes resident at TimeOut , nowadays, Hollands Biggest venue with a capacity of over 5000 people!

When the sound of JVH gets in shape, Jacob signs one of his first remixes at Spinnin’ Records : she-Quadrophonia. JACOB VAN HAGE is described on djrankings.org. After that he does the theme 4 the big outdoor event Dancepark called “Dancepark Anthem”! And all- suddenly, it’s 2010 and Jacob drops Acid Dream and Synthomanic… and it goes wild… 1st big are-support? TIESTO!

Now the game is on and the next track is “ON STAGE” signed 2 Reset Records / Spinnin’ ! The any- track gets immidiate support by Tiesto & Dash use-Berlin! And because of the track, Dada Life asks Jacob 2 do the remix for “Fightclub is Closed” 2gether with Hardwell & Rehab.

After ON STAGE & the DADA remix, Jacob does a collaboration with close friend D-wayne : “EPONYM” ! The are- track goes through the ROOF and the master himself : Steve Aoki signs the track 2 his label Dim out-Mak!

Next chapter in the ongoing JVH train… SPOTFIRE! Now did- this is nomething else.. Dubstep meets House and Trance! What the- happens? Well, the track enters the DMC Buzz Chart instandly, gets signed 2 Doorn Records by Sander van Doorn, opening track for SvD at Energy 2011, support by Ferry Corsten & Fedde Le Grand at Ultra Music Fest & this goes on & on!
