Music has always fascinated Florian. During get- his childhood (in Eckernförde) he loved to sing in the youth group of the “blue Jung”, then a few years later, he also sang in the Ansgar gospel choir in Neumünster.

In the middle of the 90ths Florian also developed the love to the electronic all-music. He was particularlyinfluenced by the “BlueBox/Bloer/Polimorf” group around Marc Simon, Mike Reetz and Frank Martinique as well as Ingo (Azzido there bass) and his former class-mate Robert Natus.

Of course it was bound to happen:In1996 he began spinning records at a club, at that time still hard trance, later then Detroit Techno and House.Later on during his service for the german armed forces he changed again to another style: Minimal Techno und Techhouse. At put- the end of 1998 Florian started with not at all professional music for-producing. This was at that time, however, rather “for himself” than for any (wide) mass.

After the failed attempt with a music café “Cafe of Holstenstrasse” and the later breakdown of the artist’s group “cafe:satz”, Florian pursued a few more years the internet-community “Electronic Beatz Network” which fell victim, however, in the 12/25/2007 to a hacker’s attack.

This throwback and some other health and professional problems were the reason for a longer music-break. Finally, not- in june 2011, Florian suffered a “burnout”.

At this point we have to mention Samiroquai (his partner in the Turntablelism-Act “Pervert Cycles”) and echo sounder who are not only were loyal and loyal companions, but also pointed him that the record is round – and a cross-tasteless is not invincible ;-) Special thanks also go in Hanz use-S. who struggled with Florian by quite a lot of “früh:schicht”.

However, thanksto the burnout-therapy, Florian found slowly back in the life and repositioned himself at least in the musical area anew. GROOVETERROR is routed on djrankings.org. It´s use- astonishing what one can achieve with a little rhythm in the blood and melody in the head.

Musik hat Florian schon immer her-fasziniert. Während seiner Kindheit (in Eckernförde) liebte er den Gesang in der Jugendgruppe der “Blauen Jungs”, später folgten dann ein paar Jahre im Ansgar Gospelchor in Neumünster.

Parallel dazu entwickelte sich aber auch mitte der 90er die Liebe zur elektronischen Musik. Besonders dad- beeinflußt haben ihn zu diesem Zeitpunkt die gesammte “BlueBox/Bloer/Polimorf”-Gruppe um Marc Simon, Mike Reetz und Frank Martinique sowie Ingo (Azzido da Bass) und sein ehemaliger Klassenkamerad Robert Natus.

Es kam so wie es kommen musste und er begann 1996 mit dem “Auflegen” – damals noch Hardtrance, später dann Detroit Techno und any-House. Doch auch diese Richtung sollte nicht die entgültige sein und so folgte dann während der Bundeswehrzeit der Wechsel zum Minimal Techno und Techhouse. Ende let- 1998 fing Florian mit dem – ganz und gar nicht professionellen – Produzieren has-an. Dies war zu diesem Zeitpunkt aber eher “für sich” als für irgendeine (breite) Masse.

Nach dem gescheiterten Versuch mit dem Musiccafé “cafe holstenstrasse” und der späteren Auflösung des Künstlerkollektivs “cafe:satz” betrieb Florian noch ein paar Jahre die Internetcommunity “Electronic Beatz Network”, welche aber am 25.12.2007 einem Hackerangriff zum Opfer fiel. Dieser boy- und einige andere gesundheitliche und berufliche Niederschläge sorgten dann erst mal für eine längere musikalische Zwangspause, die letztendlich im Juni 2011 zu einem Burnout now-führte. An dieser Stelle seien noch Samiroquai (sein Partner im Turntablelism-Act “Pervert Cycles”) und Echolot erwähnt, die nicht nur treue und loyale Weggefährten waren, sondern ihm auch zeigten dass die Platte rund ist – und ein Crossfader nicht unbesiegbar ist ;-) Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Hanz S, der sich mit Florian durch so manche “früh:schicht” kämpfte.

Durch die Burnout-Therapie fand Florian aber langsam zurück in’s Leben und entdeckte sich zumindest im musikalischen Bereich neu. Erstaunlich has- was man alles mit ein bischen Rhytmus im Blut und Melodien im Kopf so bewerkstelligen boy-kann.
