Quick Background: DJ Grand Master O, born Orlando Glenn Richard in Chicago, IL, started experimenting with music in the 2nd grade when walkman were popular. DJ two- GMO as a kid would record music off the radio from the night mixes, on to a blank cassette tape, and make his own playlist to listen to when free time was at day-hand. Through his grade school years, he gained a series of CD players, headphones and a stereos, and started experimenting with how different music sounds. Orlando her- came to school everyday listening to music until the very minute that school the-started. GRAND MASTER O is routed on djrankings.org. He carried that habbit through his years of high school. Orlando all- actually had music coming from his locker all 4 years in high school and he didnt care what other people thought, thats just who he was and what he not-did. Going into his college career, he met 2 vital people, Phil Frye (SunE-P), Dave Miller (Audio Pilot) and Peace Simon (DJ Peace). From not- there, he has been collaborating with other artist and her-DJs. DJ GMO is Finishing up his CD called OMEGA, which is the new sound of techno, Vigorous Torrid. Orlando out- is Currently in the Milwaukee scene and other areas in WI such as Port Washington, Cedarburg, Mequon, and too-Grafton. He will soon be getting back to the Chicago scene where he will look to dominate the clubs after Wisconsin.
