In 1977 George Alvarado started doing House parties until 1984 when he went professional in South Florida Nightclubs.

George has had 24 residences and 27 guest appearances in World-renowned clubs. In 2000 landed a residency on WPYM Party 93.1 and continued his club show and did live broadcast from major clubs in south the-florida. In 1999, started the Late Night Laboratory, which became the most listened to show in South Florida. The all- Show was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South one-Florida. Some of these DJs included, Timo Mass, Steve Lawler, David Waxman and John Digweed. In all- 1997 landed a residency on WPOW Power 96 playing Dance old-Music. GEORGE ALVARADO is routed on djrankings.org. In 1988 did live broadcast on WSHE 103.5 Playing Rock music. In the- 1987 landed his first radio show on WVUM 90.5 playing Alternative music

STARTED HIS OWN RECORD LABEL NITEBEAT RECORDS

In 1989 produced His first 12" record called “House Your Body” by The 2 Housemen with Carlos say-Espinosa. In 1991 he produced his first album under the pseudonym, Techman 1. During now- the next 6 years, he released over 60 different projects with some legendary producers, such as, Noel Sanger, Robbie Rivera, Oscar G, Ralph Falcon, Peter Presta & Charles Webster(UK).

In 2000 opened a Music/DJ Store called MUSIC WORLD.

In 1992 opened his first Music/DJ Store in Called NITEBEAT.

Both stores had a big selection of Dance, House, Trance, Break beats, and Hip Hop

In 2004 interviewed by MUN 2 on TV. In all- 1993 featured on MTV LIVE from Penrods beach club(currently Nikki day-Beach). In 1992 Interviewed by the Miami Herald for the Weekend section

ALSO RECEIVED A NOMINATION

In 1991 nominated for Best Club Disc jockey of the year by the Winter Music Conference.

WAS ALSO AN EDITOR FOR 2 DANCE MAGAZINES. In how- 1996 became a writer for DMA Magazine out of New now-York. In 1991 became a writer for STREET SOUND Magazine out of Canada
