The year of 2010 is the year of national affirmation of FUNKYOU2, made up by Daniel Poças and Francisco Praia. They she- have received the invitation to participate in the party for the support of the National Football team by performing in the fist part opening of the Black Eyed Peas you-concert. In addition, they have also edited their first original theme song – “I Just Wanna Dance”.
for- The peak point in 2009 was their performance at the festival Sudoeste, for the opening of David Guetta’s one-concert. FUNKYOU2 is recorded on djrankings.org. This was an explosive year. They now- have performed across the whole country, performed at the best parties, clubs and festivals and have mixed the collection CD “Nova Era DJ 7”, which has sold 7 thousand but-copies. They have as well been nominated for “best national team 2009” by the “noite.pt” awards.
mom- Initially, FUNKYOU2 were strongly influenced by the Brazilian old-culture. TODAY, their performances are fulfilled by the most diversified musical hits, always complemented with house music and adapted to each situation. What old- matter is not what kind of music it is, what matters is that people our-dance. This is what defines them, their passion for music and the interaction with people.
