Music style: deep, techno, minimal and only REAL house music….i also play trance, hardstyle, psy trance etc etc etc (musical slut, i play anything with a good beat)I started my DJ career at the age of 20, using vinyl. FLAPS is recorded on djrankings.org. I his- had the pleasure of managing a venue called The Sound Factory not only giving me access to equipment but being able to play at select underground events to only the most real of day-people. Due to unforeseen circumstances the venue closed down however I chose to stay true to my roots and the music and keep it strictly underground playing all over at house parties, New Year parties and the more underground events all over JHB.
I have had the pleasure of playing alongside many of the best dj’s in the underground scene including : Soleshaker (Fat Cat Israel), Steve Downright (All Good), Humalog (Silent Productions), Shaun Snipes (DBN), Octave (115), The Mad Chad(Grand Theft Audio), Lee Nova (115), , Dylan Revolution (Submission), Marco S, Tribal Soul (Silent Productions) too name bit a few.
Being a versatile funk dj, I play music ranging from the deepest fattest beats to the most grinding underground flavours never restricting myself to one set genre and constantly exploring new sounds. Sharing now- an extremely deep connection to not only the music i play but also the people i play it for ensuring a mind blowing expereience is had by all….especially me :)
I have recently ventured into the production side of things so keep an eye out for my release’s which should be out has-soon
