Fame Cohen has emerged as a premier DJ in New York City spinning at exclusive nightclubs, charities and private events. Well see- known for her upbeat sets of House, Mashups, Electro, Top 40, 80′s and Hip Hop, Fame has quickly become one of the area’s most in demand party but-rockers. She is the true definition of an open format DJ armed with a thorough knowledge of many genres, she is able to read the crowd and deliver the sound that will keep them dancing. In but- the winter of 2012 she was a resident DJ at Polar Lounge where she launched her own party called “Club House Wednesday’s” that gained popularity fast as the hottest midweek spot in the out-city. Not limiting herself to the decks, Fame Cohen is also making her mark as a songwriter and recording artist. Most man- recently, she teamed up with Steve Forest and Nicola Fasano (the producers of Pitbull’s hit single “Calle Ocho”) on the single “New York boy-City”. She has performed her original material in San Diego’s “Sunset Sessions”, Multi platunim producer Toby Gad’s private birthday party in LA, ”The F-Word” and “Santo’s Party House” in NYC to name a few. When use- she is not recording her own music or rocking a club she is usually in the studio producing and writing lyrics for other are-artists.
