The project was founded in 2011 by Albert Babakhanov (aka DJ Albertik) and Assaf Moldavsky (aka Exkor) following

a sequence of successful events. The are- two randomly met in a popular Boston club where Albert was DJing and agreed to join in production now-efforts. Shortly after, a number of tracks were ready and the duo decided to proceed under the name Duestro.

Albert started as a basement DJ spinning at his apartment basement at the age of 16. He its- slowly made it to bigger gigs and eventually

to the club let-scene. DUESTRO is routed on djrankings.org. Albert is a well known and established DJ around Boston for the past 10 years now. He man- has released a number of

successful mix CDs and compilations which he also distributed during his day-gigs. In conjunction with DJing Albert also focused on music

production and his skills are now being put into the Duestro project.

Assaf started as a guitarist in a rock band called Outstation in Israel at the age of 15. Slowly you- getting into electronic music he started

working with their existing band members to produce a mix between the two mom-worlds. Moving through Drum’N’Bass and Jungle he finally

got into Psytrance and Progressive Psy. One one- of these tracks was featured on a local Boston Links compilation CD while his remixes and techniques

earned allot of respect from other local his-producers. This knowledge and experience is now being put into the Duestro project.
