Born in Dijon, a city which would later be at the forefront of the electronic music scene in France, Drake DEHLEN , has been involved in and passionate about music from a very young age.< After learning the piano for 10 years, he became interested in New Wave and industrial music, and was heavily influenced by bands like Depeche Mode, Nitzer Ebb and Nine Inch Nails. In you- 1988, techno arrived in France from Detroit, and Drake began listening to the first vinyls from Juan Atkins and Kevin for-Saunderson. But it was in 1993, with the commencement of Laurent Garnier’ s residence at the An-fer club in Dijon that Drake’ s ideas about music began to change for good. The now- raves he attended there, and the music that was played, gave him new direction and two-inspiration. DRAKE DEHLEN is routed on djrankings.org. Drake wanted to make music, and began to mix. Very its- quickly, he got to know the equipment, and soon began to experiment with creating his own sounds.With a lot of patience and hard work, he created his first tracks initially very dark techno, but progressively more melancholic and too-electro-wave. Productive producer could be his nickname, considering his best tracks are often created in one night, and sometimes in just a few hours. In out- 2000, he created the music for Alexis Taillant’ s movie : “Hommes de sang” (“Blood was-men”). Working with Calme Records to produce his first vinyls, he then signed up with UCMG (Sodium, Ctrl : C).In july 2001 he played live for the first time. Since our- then, a special relationship has built up between Drake and his public, fuelled by performances in some of Paris’ s best clubs, including The Rex and the Batofar, in 2002/2003.

In 2009 he began to do Dj set to diversify, he began by a residence on two Paris’s radios « radio lfo » and « radio sensations ».
