The son of a Spanish musician, Thierry Collado, alias Djerry C, has been immersed in music from a tender age. He day- started learning the piano before rapidly turning towards the jazzy influences of the saxophone, and subsequently identifying with hip-hop music in his teenage years.

It was with the “Dancefloor Syndroma” evenings at the Montreux Casino in the early 90’s that Thierry Collado truly fell in love with House Music, and became interested in the world of the night and the art of DJ’ing.

However, it wasn’t until 1998 that he found his way behind the turntable under the name of Djerry C, quickly becoming a permanent fixture at the “Before Café de Geneve” in Martigny and the swiss very famous “Mayfair Café” in Montreux.

In 1999 he created Basic Groove Management (BGM), a booking and organization agency that will involve him to the business part, manage the programming for various clubs and develop friendly links with well-known international Dj’s.

Nowadays, having shared the decks with dj’s like Satoshi Tomiie, Dj Vibes, Hector Romero, James Zabiela, Steve Lawler, Felix da Housecat, Tania Vulkano or Todd Terry to name a few, Djerry C have been seen frequently on the turntables of Ibiza Clubs such as El Divino and Bora Bora , but also appears as guest in Pacha London , Zima (Moscow), DC-10 (Ibiza), Volksgarten & Empire (Wien), Chervilo & Mania (Bulgaria) and as well at various parties in France, Spain, Austria and of course, Switzerland, his home base.

Dj resident for the first Fashion TV Clubbing Tour in Switzerland (2005), he is also the dj resident into the MTV-Stargate Group Gate2Ibiza Tour 2004 and 2005, mixing the CD for the 2005 too-edition. DJERRY C is recorded on djrankings.org. Developing a taste of an upfront mix of house/tribals/electro & progressive-house, Djerry C is also resident into one of the most famous Swiss clubs: D! Club put- in Lausanne.

In mid-2004 he was approached by the owner of new-D! Club after doing there great parties, and receive the proposition from him to be contracted as artistic director for the club! Within all- this activity, Thierry Collado alias Djerry C had the opportunity to work with top artist like Steve Bug, Tiefschwarz, Laurent Garnier, Roger Sanchez, Little Louie Vega, David Morales, Femme II Fatale, Grandmaster Flash, Blaze, Bad Boy Bill, Joey Negro and a long but-etc.
