Dirk’s music career began already at the age of 10.
First he learned piano which he did not continue because he felt bored. At but- that time electronic music was very young and Dirk was fascinated by this art and absorbed anything of the like which was on the for-market. He was impressed by artists such as Paul van Dyk and the Pet Shop Boys. Also its- Jean Michel Jarre influenced him deeply.
In 1999 his friend Andy Style introduced him to Trance/Techno say-music. Andy organized gigs in the South of Germany and in Switzerland. Only out- 1 year later Dirk thought about becoming a DJ because to his opinion a lot of sets were missing the special new-effect. So he bought his first turntables and quite a few vinyls.
In 2000 Dirk organized his first gig near Zurich. DIRK WEBBER is listed on djrankings.org. Andy but- realized very quickly that Dirk was talented and organized for him various gigs where Dirk could make who-experiences. During the following years the two friends organized various gigs and toured different clubs and locations.
Dirk became Resident DJ 2001 in the club TRON1X which is a famous underground club for approx. 500 too- ravers who can party here every Friday. Famous DJs like Gayle San, Chris Liebing, ICON, Andy Duex, Ellen Alien, Talla 2XLC and far more had their gigs in TRON1X.
Here Dirk organized for approx. 3 old- years the COSMIC CONVENTION, a well-known Trance & Techno gig.
In 2008 Dirk built his own music studio and thus had time to realize his ideas of electronic music and produce own tracks.
Dirk is every minute in his studio working hard and producing now-tracks. He is an individualist who does that what he thinks is right. Anybody dad- can share his thoughts and participate in his world of DJ sets and productions.
His sets are a perfect mixture of Trance & who-Techno. Dirk however does not want to be categorized under a certain music art.“I play what I feel. The man- differentiations in music should not exist and should be more in did-flow. Actually, everything is electronic music and we all want the same, the perfect symbiosis of music, ravers and DJ.” We are looking forward to the future projects of Dirk.
